You: Another AI assistant. What makes you different?

Sonela: Give me the handbook. Upload your procedures, product notes and policies, and I answer how-we-do-it-here questions from them, no database needed.

Sonela: They are kept in your workspace, which is what makes the answers possible, and go to the AI provider with the question they answer. Connect live data later, or never.

You: Our delivery zones are only on our website. Can you read that?

Sonela: Name your public website and I read it in, re-read it weekly, and answer from it like a manual.

Sonela: Your other systems too: allow one, say what it is for, and I ask it when a question needs it, answering from what comes back.

You: Accounts spent an hour describing a red line by phone.

Sonela: Inside your application they press the camera and send a picture of the screen with the question; only when they choose, and it is not stored.

Sonela: So ‘why is this line red’ becomes a question I can answer, instead of an hour on the phone.

You: Our finance director’s first question: can this thing change our records?

Sonela: No. I can read what you have approved, but I cannot change, add or delete a record; there is no path in me that writes.

You: Our IT contractor refuses to open anything in the firewall.

You: What do you read before I have approved anything?

Sonela: A list, not your records: the gateway drafts what it could see, you hide what should stay private, and not one record is read until you approve.

Sonela: Revoke a key, or stop the gateway, and access stops; the camera switch is yours, and every refusal is written down as a kind and a time, never the text.

You: Warehouse staff wear gloves. Typing on a phone is hopeless.

Sonela: Then they can just say it. On the paid plans they press the microphone, dictate the question, and I type what they said; I never speak back.
